Follow-up Treatments : 45mins-1 hour : $70

Acupuncture Face Lift
Each Treatment : 1 -1/2 hours : $110
Series of 10 recommended

Policies

Please respect my 24 hour cancellation policy. All
appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be
charged half of treatment fee (emergencies excluded).

Fees are due day of treatment unless special
arrangements are made.

Insurance accepted as well as Workers Compensation.
Please bring all paperwork and insurance cards for
inital consultation. Client is responsible for unpaid
insurance claims.
